I attended a workshop given by Professor Bailey at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. The workshop is designed to give students some ideas on how to use pictures in the classroom. Specifically, professor Bailey targets speaking skills with these pictures. However, some of these activities can be adapted for writing skills as well. Below are some topics she covered during the workshop.

- Picture Puzzle Activity

- Creative Writing

- Making Connections Among People

- Group Story Building

- Tourism Activity
